Terms of service

The full terms are being finalised. Until they are published, these are the essentials that apply to every order placed on this site.

Every phone sold is a QDN Certified pre-owned iPhone, inspected and warrantied for 18 months from delivery.
Orders ship free within the United States only. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
You may return a phone within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it comes back in the condition it was sold in with everything that was in the box.
Prices and stock are shown live and can change until an order is placed.
